Where is my clothing made?
We make many our dresses right here in Oakland, California because local works for me. I can easily oversee the production and have a relationship with everyone involved. It’s how I like to work.
Can I make a custom dress for you? Do we offer alterations?
Wish we could but we do not have the bandwidth to make custom orders or offer alterations for our customers.
Sizing and Shopping.
Information Regarding sizing/grading for Plus Sizes (OneX)
I appreciate all my customers and I always wanting my dresses have a great fit. Typically for plus size a completely new pattern is made at size 22 or 24 and graded up and down from there. Since mine is just a small business I am only able to grade up from my original size 8/10 pattern. I realize it's not ideal, but we are trying our best to accommodate many of our happy customers. When will you get your order?
Your order will arrive in 1 - 8 days after the order is placed, unless we email you that there is a delay. Standard free shipping takes 2 - 8 business days depending on your location. We offer paid expediated shipping through UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or USPS Priority 1 - 3 business day.
Do you want to change your order?
If you wish to change a size or color, contact email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your piece is too small or too big, we offer free exchanges. Start the process by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org; be sure to give your order # and the item you wish to exchange for.
OH No, I think my package is lost in the mail?
If you think your package has been lost in the mail, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we’ll do everything we can to try and find it. If you have checked the tracking number and your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to your mail carrier for assistance (sometimes packages get scanned before they are delivered- so wait a day or two to confirm that it has not been delivered.) After an order has been delivered to the provided address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What is our return policy?
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased on lesleyevers.com for return with original tags attached. Please return within the first 21 days after received. Please see Refund Policy page for details and information on SALE item returns and to start to process your return. What is the cost for returns?
Domestic returns are FREE! We offer a prepaid return labels. Returns from Canada need to pay shipping back to us.
How long does it take to process returns?
We're a small but super-efficient team, and we handle returns in the order they arrive. Our dedicated return processing days are Tuesdays through Thursdays. Rest assured, your return is in capable hands, and you can expect to see a credit on your account or receive a gift card very soon. Once processed, your credit or refund will post between 3-10 days (depending on your bank).

What if I want to exchange something?

Can I return my online order to the Lesley Evers store?
Of course you can! Please make sure you return it in-store within 14 days of the delivery date. Be sure to bring your packing slip or order number with your return. Items must be in new condition with original tags attached.
What is your return policy for items purchased in the brick and mortar Lesley Evers store?
For in-store purchases, we accept returns for refund (back to original payment method) within 14 days of purchase. We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 28 days of purchase. Items must be in new and unworn condition with original tags attached. Please provide a receipt or gift receipt.
Can I Return Final Sale Items?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues.
