Exchanges & Return Shipping Label (for Full-Priced Items):

One Free Label: Provided for exchanges or store credit.
For refunds to the original payment method:
You can arrange and pay for your own return shipping, or we can provide a shipping label for U.S. addresses, and $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the label.
General Return Guidelines:
Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in new-like condition:
Unworn, unwashed, and free of fragrances, scents, or pet hair.
All original tags must be attached.
Damaged or Worn Items: Not accepted.
Restocking Fee: Up to 80% may apply for items returned in unacceptable condition.
Return Location:
Online Purchases: Can be returned in-store if bought through Lesley Evers.
Mail Returns: Contact customer support to obtain your order number for in-store purchases.
Third-Party Purchases: Must be returned to the specific retailer.
Processing Time:
Returns may take up to 3 weeks to process after receipt, though often completed sooner.

SALE and Promotional Items
Must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning SALE items.

Lost or Stolen Packages During Return or Exchange
We are not responsible for returns lost or stolen during transit. Use a tracked shipping method when sending items back to us.
