I recently stumbled upon a video on Instagram that touted the benefits of trampolines, and of course, I had to try it! It looked like so much fun, so now I’ve got one set up in the warehouse.
I’m diving headfirst into this new addition to my routine. I’ll be bouncing around for a while, hoping it brings increased energy, an activated lymphatic system, a boosted mood, balance and more!
