I got the extra small (I sometimes wear a small). For me, it is a great fit. Sleeves not too long! body length fine, wouldn't want it longer.
I very much like to buy natural fibers, so this cotton with a bit of spandex is great! Also, I find the knit top warmer than light cotton woven tops (which I often find too cool).
