I did email customer service, who said to get the Small, but I'd already ordered the Medium because he Size Guide link said my measurements make me a Medium, but the Tights Size Guide image says my measurements make me a small. I really wanted to love these, but the rise is too high for me. I'm 5'3" and about 130. The top of the tights stopped about 2 inches from my bra. The pattern is lovely.
