Shipping Policy

Member Shipping

  • Free Shipping on All Orders to U.S. Addresses: Members enjoy complimentary shipping on every order.

  • Orders Over $50: Shipped via USPS Priority or UPS 3-Day (upgraded service at no additional cost).

  • Orders Under $50: Shipped via USPS Standard.

  • Processing Time: Member orders are processed with priority.

  • Return Labels: Members receive free return/exchange labels (limit one per order).

 

 

Orders Shipped to U.S. Addresses

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $100 (excluding gift cards, digital goods, or services).

  • Standard Delivery Estimates:

    • Continental U.S.: Typically 3–8 business days.

    • Alaska & Hawaii: Typically more than 8 business days.

    • APO/FPO Addresses: Delivery may take up to 45 business days after reaching the military post office.

  • Shipping Timeframes: Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by carriers and are NOT guaranteed.

  • Address Accuracy: Select the validated address at checkout to avoid carrier delays.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Orders for UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air must be placed by noon Pacific Time for same-day shipment.

    • In-store items may not be eligible for same-day shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Marked as Delivered:

    • We are not responsible once the carrier confirms delivery.

    • For theft or misdelivery, file a claim with the carrier or your renters/homeowners insurance.

  • Not Delivered / No Tracking Confirmation:

    • If the carrier fails to deliver, we will replace the item(s) at no cost.

    • If sold out, store credit will be issued.

    • For delays exceeding 10 business days, we will issue store credit and provide a return label if the package eventually arrives.

  • Delays: Replacements may be delayed during weather events or natural disasters until the issue is resolved.

P.O. Box Deliveries:

Orders to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS.

Multiple Shipments:

Orders may be split into multiple packages at no additional cost to the customer.

 

 

International Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $250 USD to Europe, Asia, and Australia.

  • Returns: Return labels are not provided for international orders.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
