Really pretty skirt. I’m 5’1” and I had it shortened a few inches. It’s a full skirt that you can twirl in (you’d think I’m 5 years old). I gave it 4 stars because it’s a bit too full for me, but I will wear it. I usually wear an XS, but got a Small. It doesn’t feel too big in the waist.
